Shipping & Return policy:

Bonsais will only be shipped on Monday – Wednesday.  Trees purchased after Tuesday will only be shipped the following Monday.

Great Care is taken to secure and protect our trees during shipping, and to date no trees have been damaged during transit. However we can not guarantee safe arrival due to Courier policies.

Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services sold through MOOI River Bonsai.

Services Policy:

Bonsai Hotel:  All bookings is subject to prior inspection of trees.  No sick or pest invested trees will be considered to be booked in.  Styling and Maintenance work:  There are always a risk working with live material and an indemnity form must be signed by the customer for all services provided.

IN NO EVENT WILL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION WILL APPLY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT THE OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
